I rarely post about food, but I’ve been enjoying this very simple breakfast for the last couple of days and thought I’d share. I’ve been trying to clean up my eating habits a little more lately (less junk), and one of the foods I’d forgotten about liking so much is plain nonfat yogurt. I used to hate the stuff when younger, but then again, my mom would try to give it to me without sweetener of any kind. In the last few years, I’ve found that I like it better than the very sugary fruit flavors available in the grocery store, if I can blend it up with some frozen fruit, usually berries, or if I can can mix in a bit of honey. I’ve had this for the last two mornings:
